By subscribing to Apollo Net, you agree to these terms of service. Our internet service is subject to T-Mobile network availability in your area. Service activation requires a valid service address within our coverage area.
Apollo Net offers two plans: Monthly at $35/month or Annual at $360/year. You are enrolled in autopay by default. All prices include taxes, fees, and equipment costs. Your price will never increase.
A 5G home router is provided free of charge for the duration of your service. After 12 months of continuous service, the equipment becomes yours. If service is cancelled before 12 months, the equipment must be returned. A $100 fee applies for unreturned equipment.
You may cancel your service at any time without long-term contract penalties. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Service continues through the end of your current billing period. Annual prepaid plans are non-refundable.
All subscribers must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. This includes prohibitions on illegal activity, network abuse, and unauthorized reselling of service.
Internet speeds up to 400Mbps are possible but not guaranteed. Actual speeds depend on T-Mobile 5G coverage at your location and may vary based on network congestion, time of day, and environmental factors.
Service is provided on an as-is basis. Apollo Net is not liable for service outages caused by factors beyond our control, including network maintenance, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure issues. Maximum liability is limited to one month's service fee.
We may update these terms of service with 30 days advance notice provided via email to the address on file for your account.
