This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the acceptable and prohibited uses of Apollo Net internet service. All subscribers are expected to use our service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
The following activities are strictly prohibited: accessing or distributing illegal content, sending unsolicited bulk email (spamming), attempting unauthorized access to networks or systems (hacking), distributing malware or viruses, excessive bandwidth abuse that degrades service for other users, and reselling or redistributing Apollo Net service without authorization.
Apollo Net may implement reasonable network management practices to ensure quality of service for all users. We do not throttle internet speeds based on content type, application, or website. Any network management is applied equally and transparently.
Violations of this policy may result in a warning for first-time or minor offenses, temporary suspension of service for repeated violations, or permanent termination of service for severe or continued violations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any violations before taking action.
If you become aware of any violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report them to help@apollonet.org. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
